Partially updated in Nov 03 with new paint, countertops and mini-blinds.  The lighting fixture was updated in 2004 to provide a more contemporary look. Cabinet space is very good and includes a lazy Susan. The Maytag dishwasher is built in and stays with the house.

The lower level is divided into four rooms; laundry/storage,  office, half bath and family room. Family room has access to the furnace and is a large L shaped room.  The fireplace is in the corner and the room is fully finished. Laundry room has a sump pump (optional use – it is not used for the  house water lines) and built in shelves around part of the room. This  room is dry walled and insulated but not finished. There is also a  power flush system for the half bath.
