a) Visit our Advertising Rates page and select that package that is best for you. Then click on "advertise now" or "schedule appointment." to list your property.  

 b) Send an email to info@SimplyFSBO.com with your contact information and the address of the property you would like to list.  A FSBO specialist will get back to you to set up an appointment.    

c) Fill out our Contact Form with your contact information and the address of the property you would like to list. A FSBO specialist will get back to you to set up an appointment.    

d) Call (309) 762-9000 to speak with a representative.

How much traffic does the SimplyFSBO.com site get?
Its hard to get an exact amount of our traffic because it changes every day. We can assure its extremely high (1000's of hits) and comparable to similar websites. The only difference is we charge less and give you more.

How do I update my ad once its on the website?
Send a simple email to info@SimplyFSBO.com with the changes needed and it will be updated within the day.

Can I advertise on other websites and SimplyFSBO.com at the same time?
Yes! We actually recommend it in some cases. The more exposure received the better chance of selling.
Note: One local for sale by owner site makes you sign a contract. Make sure to ask yourself if you want to be restricted before listing with them.

I have a realtor. Can I still list?
Yes! We have no problem helping people get more exposure.

How fast do most properties sell?
There are many variables to how fast a property sells. Some sell in a few days while others take longer. That is why we have packages that let the seller list until their property sells without reoccurring fees.
