SimplyFSBO Inc. is a marketing company. We provide marketing help to our customers mainly through the internet and print. Customers who use our services to market real estate must know SimplyFSBO Inc. is not a realtor/broker of real estate. We do not provide any professional real estate advice. Our sub company ‘Swagger Marketing’ is a DBA (doing business as) of SimplyFSBO Inc. This is name is used for customers who are utilizing our marketing services but are not marketing real estate.

Terms of use for SimplyFSBO.com, SimplyForSaleByOwner.com, QuadCityLocalHomes.com, QCLocalHomes.com, QuadCitiesForSaleByOwner.com, QuadCityForSaleByOwner.com:

We reserve the right to remove any listing that is damaging to the image of SimplyFSBO Inc. Our costs are incurred during the listing process resulting in no refunds once the listing process has started.

Content:
We are not responsible for any incorrect content on the seller’s listings. All content updates are provided by the seller. The seller is responsible for notifying us of any incorrect content on their listing so we can correct the information. All room dimensions are considered reliable but not 100% accurate.

Photos:
All photos taken by SimplyFSBO Inc. are not to be reproduced without written permission given by SimplyFSBO Inc. Photos taken by SimplyFSBO Inc. is property of SimplyFSBO Inc.
When customers supply their own photos they must meet our standards. If the photos are not up to our standards the advertisement will not be listed or removed.

Packages:

The ‘You List It’ packages are only introductory rates with initial listing. The free “You List It” package is only allowed one property per user. If we feel there are too many free listings on our website we reserve the right to remove any free listings. Free listings are limited to one update per week. Realtors are allowed to market property on the website but must choose a professional package. Customer listings who have an ‘Until Sold’ package must keep in contact with their SimplyFSBO Specialist periodically avoiding removal from the website. If we do not have contact with the advertiser within reasonable time, the property will be removed.

Yard Signs:
We charge a deposit for use of our yard signs. The deposit will be refunded once the sign is returned to SimplyFSBO Inc. The seller’s deposit will only be returned if the sign is still in reasonable condition. The seller must have our sign in the yard or their listing will be pulled from the database.
